Conditions of travel

1. This bus pass is not transferable. Using another student's pass is not permitted.
2. School travel is only available between home and the school enrolled and is valid on school days only for travel between 6:30 am and 7:00 pm.
3. This pass must be used for one forward and one return journey per school day only.
4. This pass must be shown when boarding the bus or a fare MUST be paid. Refusal to present this pass or pay a fare is deemed fare evasion and is a reportable offence.
5. Any extension or alteration to the approved journey as printed on the pass is to be notified to the driver and paid for when boarding the bus.
6. Any change of name, school or address requires an immediate lodgement of a new application form to the school or a fare may be requested as per point 5.
7. This bus pass is invalid if broken, altered or covered in any material other than clear plastic and may be confiscated at the driver's discretion.
8. Lost, stolen or damaged passes must be replaced through the office of Deane's Transit Group along with a payment of $11. This replacement fee is authorised by Transport for NSW and must be paid.
9. This pass always remains the property of Deane's Transit Group and may be withdrawn at any time at the company's discretion.
10. Attempts to travel contrary to these conditions will require payment of the appropriate fare.
